Return/Exchange Policy:
Defective or damaged item: In the rare instance where you receive an item from us that has a manufacture defect or is damaged, we will make it right for you. Please notify us by email within 72 hours of receipt of the item letting us know what the defect was and we will arrange a refund of your purchase price plus shipping cost. If you would like a replacement of the item, please let us know in your email and we will replace the item at no charge to you.
Wrong size: Please measure your dog properly using our measurement guides for our dog apparel and boots to ensure you are ordering the right size for your dog. If you are wanting to exchange an apparel item because of wrong size, additional shipping charges for the exchange will be applied. If you want a refund for an apparel item that was the wrong size, we unfortunately cannot refund shipping charges. All exchanges/returned apparel must be in original packing, unused, and in original new condition.
Sale/Reduced price items: Please understand that we cannot exchange or offer a refund on our pet supplies that are on sale or have been reduced. However, if the item was received damaged or defective, please see our policy above relating to this instance.
