Payment info:  We currently accept payments through PayPal where you can use your credit card, paypal account,  or make payment by electronic check.  You do not need a PayPal account to use their services to purchase from us. After completing your order, you will be redirected to the safe and secure PayPal site to complete your order where you will receive confirmation of your order and your payment and you will also receive an order confirmation from us.

Shipping info:  We normally ship your order within 24 hours on orders placed Monday-Friday. If you place an order with us on the weekend, your order will be processed the next business day.  However, during holiday seasons, it may take a little longer.  We always contact you when we have processed and shipped your order and we will provide you with a tracking number.  All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. 

Supplier and shipper info: Our supplier and First Rate Pets are dedicated to not only a high quality of life for your pet, but for the quality of life for you, our customer and pet owner as well.  Our supplier  re-uses  boxes whenever possible thus saving hundreds of trees per year.  They also use 1/3 less paper by enclosing one piece of paper with your order which has the packing slip and invoice all in one.

WHERE WE SHIP:  We currently ship to all states within the United States, soon we will also ship to Canada as well.

Return/Exchange Policy:   

Defective or damaged item:   In the rare instance where you receive an item from us that has a manufacture defect or is damaged, we will make it right for you.  Please notify us by email within 72 hours of receipt of the item letting us know what the defect was and we will arrange a refund of your purchase price plus shipping cost. 

Sale/Reduced price items:  Please understand that we cannot exchange or offer a refund on our pet supplies that are on sale or have been reduced.  However, if the item was received damaged or defective, please see our policy above relating to this instance.
